New go-to rental service!
Pricing is extremely reasonable & the service especially at the Auckland City branch is A-1. Super grateful to have found you guys and sort out a weekend 7-seater rental in such short notice, too! Quick and easy online selection and booking process. Collection and return was spotless. Will be my go-to car rental service moving forward. Thank you!

Easy, budget friendly and no hassle
Easy pick up even though it was after hours, we were able to collect with no fuss and within the airport area. Quick and easy with added online check in to ensure that all things were in order for a quick pick up. Drop off was no fuss as well. Good value, car ran well. Highly recommend.

We hired a Toyota Prado Hybrid 2024…
We hired a Toyota Prado Hybrid 2024 model so bit more pricey but worth it in the end as its a hybrid & diesel so filled up once for the whole 7 days & we travelled to Tauranga and back to Auckland and them more driving around locally but still every day. Rental pick up after hours was great & drop off excellent service and quick & efficient shuttle service to airport hotel...would use Go Rental again 👍

Customer service is mint! Only feedback is communication accessibility.
Easy process from booking to dropping off. Customer service is MINT. Only issue is accessibility - phone number was provided for customer service so I’ve had family members calling them whenever I had enquiries on my behalf. I am deaf and would appreciate if there was an email option so I can maintain my independence.
