I was purchasing my house at the end of March 2025 which was undoubtedly a very busy time for all involved in house sales as a lot of people were looking to buy before 31 March. The estate agent for this property, Jonathan Walugembe, went above and beyond to help both myself and the seller get the purchase over the line in time, enabling communications between all parties to move as quickly and efficiently as possible, which was so helpful in the circumstances and for which we were all extremely grateful. Particularly as I'm aware it was probably a very busy time for all. Thank you Jonathan! I also spoke with other estate agents from Goodfellows when looking at other houses earlier on in the process who were genuine, friendly, and able to provide helpful local knowledge about the area and purchasing within this area, so it was a good experience all round.

Excellent service, from start to finish. Jodie is particularly good and amenable when viewing properties. The process was completed by Ann Dickman, Branch Manager. We were guided through the process with ease and precision. The delays all came from the property conveyancers I'm afraid. Pick these guys well!
