Well the Dr wanted to RX me a couple meds that I have already tried and do not work for me. And that was it.. I pleaded with him to help me with my sleep as advertised but he referred me back to my physician. What the heck then what am I paying for here?? I have to say this is not as advertised and not even a refund was offered when you all could not help me! As far as I am concerned this is just another scam promising something “different” but it’s exactly what your primary care Dr can do. No counseling or therapy just another RX and good luck 🤷‍♂️

I have found Kick to be very sensitive to my needs to find the right medication. I feel bad when I have to say a medicine isn’t working for me but they always make me feel like it’s no problem and we will find the right one. Very professional, knoesnd courteous! I had an important training event, I was the main role player. I took the protect and moments I felt relaxed and calm making the event very enjoyable and easy to finish.

Process was quick and easy. The response from the doctor came much sooner than expected (within a few hours, the evening before a holiday). Unfortunately, beta blockers aren't appropriate for my specific situation. However, I wasn't charged any money even though the doctor reviewed my file.

I only wish I had discovered Kick Health, or at least the concept of Beta Blockers (Propranolol) earlier. This could have helped me out SO MANY TIMES (during interviews especially). Ugh. But I found it now, so better late than never!

I never realized how fast my heart beats when I have anxiety. I’ve been an anxious person all my life. The first few times I tried kick it was very cool to feel less shaky and clear headed. I really understood how amazing these beta blockers when I used it for work. I am an emergency animal responder. I had to get a raccoon out of a bedroom with a hole in the ceiling at 3AM. The room was pitch black and all I had was a headlamp. It was so scary but the entire time my heart beat was slow and consistency. My hands were firm and not shaking. I got that raccoon out with ease. And that’s when I learned beta blockers will change my life.

Medicine didn't work out

They dont even read your answers on the questionnaire. I clearly stated a medicine that had the revers effects with headaches when tried. They proceeded to send the medicine to try anyways. I tried messaging as soon as I saw (within minutes) to cancel as at that point it felt scammy. All of a sudden crickets. They proceeded to charge and send. Now im trying to return and can only get a hold of the pharmacy but they can't help with that of course. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!

I manage a car dealership and have been in some very stressful situations. The beta blockers have helped me stay calm in these situations. I do not stress about the worst-case scenario of the situation; I can just focus on the solution to the issue at hand. Before my hands would really start to shake if the situation was really stressful and with beta blockers it has almost gone away. I recommend beta blockers to anyone that is struggling, in stressful situations.

I used Kick’s beta blockers before a big conference talk, and they made a noticeable difference. I felt calm, clear-headed, and in control, no shaky hands or racing heart. The talk was a success, and I credit part of that to Kick. I was still nervous, but it didn't interfere with my ability to deliver the content. Edit (7/1/25): Very quick response to my concerns below, which I truly appreciate. The prescription had been sent to my pharmacy, meaning this was a Walgreens issue NOT Kickhealth. I was also NOT charged twice, just once, and was sent a receipt. I would recommend following up more than once with your pharmacy to double check if the rx has been received / filled. Overall, I recommend using this service— I am now very relieved and my trust in Kickhealth has increased with their quick, straight forward and kind problem solving. I usually enjoy this service. However, this time there has been significant delays in my refills. Last week I requested a refill and by Friday without any indication of it being filled, I emailed support. I also redid the request refill a second time in case I did it wrong the first time around. But I had the same outcome as previously. Now, I am also concerned I’ve been charged twice for a service I did not receive. I would love to resolve this and have my refill in a timely manner. Time frame for all of this is June 23 to today, the 30th.

I've suffered with anxiety all my life. Sometimes it was crippling - the pounding heart, followed by sweating and nausea, ruined several vacations and made everything from work meetings to doctor visits miserable.
