Quick response, provided clarity.

Edit (7/1/25): Very quick response to my concerns below, which I truly appreciate. The prescription had been sent to my pharmacy, meaning this was a Walgreens issue NOT Kickhealth. I was also NOT charged twice, just once, and was sent a receipt. I would recommend following up more than once with your pharmacy to double check if the rx has been received / filled. Overall, I recommend using this service— I am now very relieved and my trust in Kickhealth has increased with their quick, straight forward and kind problem solving. I usually enjoy this service. However, this time there has been significant delays in my refills. Last week I requested a refill and by Friday without any indication of it being filled, I emailed support. I also redid the request refill a second time in case I did it wrong the first time around. But I had the same outcome as previously. Now, I am also concerned I’ve been charged twice for a service I did not receive. I would love to resolve this and have my refill in a timely manner. Time frame for all of this is June 23 to today, the 30th.
