Loved the onboarding process, the clarity of questioning

The responsiveness was awful. I did the ID verification about 5 times and it never showed it as submitted, or completed! It continuously showed “your submission won’t be reviewed until your doctor receives your ID verification” despite me submitting it continuously. I waited all day with no response, which sounds ok but given that I can call my PCP and get a response within the hour, and an appointment same day, this missed the mark on being more convenient and their practices seem to be questionable at best, in my opinion.

Helps with heart palpitations but now that I know what it is it will likely be unnecessary for me to pay $139 per month for it.

Quick response and had my first “non-shaky” presentation that I’d been very nervous about! Originally signed up for home delivery, when I was worried the medicine wasn’t going to arrive in time, they sent a sample pack prescription to a local pharmacy so I could pick up. Turns out the home delivery ended up arriving on time anyway. Less than a week from the time I signed up to getting the prescription delivered to my door! Thank you!!

The pills work great. I tried the gummies, and I am not a fan. They arrived melted and don’t taste good. They also give my mouth a numbing feeling. The company did replace my gummies, so that’s a plus.

I have a job that requires me to speak in front of multiple groups of people during the week. To some this is as easy as putting your shoes on. This is not me. Beta Blockers do not make you feel like a drug that may help with anxiety. It keeps you from having that feeling of blood rushing to your head, not being able to articulate what you are trying to say. Beta Blockers allows you to focus on your message rather than being concerned of what could possibly go wrong during your public talk.
