Not having to go see a doctor in person. Quick and easy. I was a past drinker and that created fake anxiety and being able to use some meds to get by this point, very helpful and happy I didnt have to have a doctor appt in person.

I was skeptical at first, not going to lie. But I have them a chance and I will admit… from start to finish, I’ve had a positive outcome. As a pastor, I speak in front of large groups for a living. For almost 30 years working in youth ministry I never had an issue being up front. Two years ago my role changed and I started speaking in the main worship service every Sunday. If I had a podium, music stand, or small table in front of or next to me, no problem. But if I was just up on stage without a "prop," my leg would start shaking. I never "felt" nervous or anxious, but obviously something was going on. I cut out caffeine, watched my sugar intake, rehearsed what I was going to be saying--but the shaking only got worse. It was awful. I was ready to step down.
