Made me very dizzy both time I used it total rip off.

Its been a month and still havent received my order. No tracking info, sent massages and no response.

The initial intake was just fine. When I received the prescription, I was expecting it to arrive in branded convenience packaging, and it was in a standard orange medication bottle. A little disappointing, but not a big deal. I had a follow up question, so reached out on the service chat through my account. No response whatsoever. I checked back in a week later, still no response. It has been two weeks now and I still haven't heard back.

I wanted to change my prescription to more pills instead of 24 but the only option I had was for the 24 pills.

Shipping was longer than shown at checkout and paid for. Personal Care agent would not answer questions about refund after many attempts to resolve, only responded unprofessionally/did not address questions at all. This is similar to other reviews that experienced this type of customer service. *update for review reply* No where in their payment process does it mention additional wait times, only an option to pay extra for 2 day shipping. -2day shipping signifies 2 days from when payment is taken. Payment was taken and shipping took much longer than 2 days -In the thread the agent also mentioned that Kick does not guarantee 2 day shipping - even though they charged for it, and wouldn't refund if 2day shipping didn't happen -Fedex does ship on weekends for an extra charge, which was paid for and not fulfilled. This was all conveyed to their agent as misleading shipping processes and charges. It makes sense to add that additional time is needed to fulfill prescriptions etc- however this is not mentioned. This reply again does not address what was asked in the thread.

Really easy and fast process. Helped me with my public speaking where my HR is usually 180 at rest down to 90. Felt so much better.

Shipping and ordering was fantastic. The product did absolutely nothing to relieve anxiety.

I am so thankful I found Kick. I have always had MAJOR anxiety before presenting to a large group of people. I get shaky, my heart pounds, and I can't focus on what I'm saying. I have tried everything and nothing helped. I ordered beta blockers through Kick and WOW. I was able to get through a huge public speaking event and while I was still nervous, my BODY didnt react like it normally does. No racing heart or sweaty palms. Its life changing!

Had a visit for insomnia with a "doctor licensed in your state," which is New York. I was offered gabapentin on a bubble menu of medications. Knowing that it has been useful to me in the past, I selected it. The doctor I met with admonished me for selecting gabapentin, and told me that it is a scheduled/controlled medicine in New York State. I responded saying that he was incorrect; gabapentin is not controlled NOR does it require PDMP activity in New York State. Kick health deleted my messaging history with the doctor, refunded me, and banned me from the platform, stating that "you may not be a good fit for our services."

Felt no difference when taking it

I recently had a problem with kick and health and although it took a few days to resolve, the company was responsive and dealt with the issue accordingly. I very much appreciate their customer service and treating my with dignity and respect. I will absolutely continue to use this service

Great service. Filled out my medical forms and had my prescription the next day. The medicine is incredible really helps me enjoy things that used to cause me anxiety. Would recommend to anyone.
