No customer service response in 2 weeks.
The initial intake was just fine. When I received the prescription, I was expecting it to arrive in branded convenience packaging, and it was in a standard orange medication bottle. A little disappointing, but not a big deal. I had a follow up question, so reached out on the service chat through my account. No response whatsoever. I checked back in a week later, still no response. It has been two weeks now and I still haven't heard back.
