Bad customer service experience

Shipping was longer than shown at checkout and paid for. Personal Care agent would not answer questions about refund after many attempts to resolve, only responded unprofessionally/did not address questions at all. This is similar to other reviews that experienced this type of customer service. *update for review reply* No where in their payment process does it mention additional wait times, only an option to pay extra for 2 day shipping. -2day shipping signifies 2 days from when payment is taken. Payment was taken and shipping took much longer than 2 days -In the thread the agent also mentioned that Kick does not guarantee 2 day shipping - even though they charged for it, and wouldn't refund if 2day shipping didn't happen -Fedex does ship on weekends for an extra charge, which was paid for and not fulfilled. This was all conveyed to their agent as misleading shipping processes and charges. It makes sense to add that additional time is needed to fulfill prescriptions etc- however this is not mentioned. This reply again does not address what was asked in the thread.
