This is the 5th time I have used Kick for 3 different health issues. Great experience every time. Fast and courteous interaction and I got exactly what I needed. The prescription was called to and ready at my local pharmacy within hours. Pied witht my FSA card. HIghly recommend Kick!
The product worked well but very disappointed in the lack of customer service and response from Kick. I ordered the product with upgraded next-day shipping and didn't receive it until almost a week later. When reaching out to Kick about this there was no response at all. No tracking number given. No status update. Ghosted. Bottom line, go see your family doctor or use another service for these meds until this startup gets their customer experience standards in place.
I really can't say enough good things about my experience. Very customer-focused, easy, professional, and thoughtful. As far as my experience with the product, it has been nothing short of game changing. The calm and confidence I have to truly shine now has made all the difference for me. I'd heard a few people mention, and been debating about trying. I ended up being selected to move forward in a competitive job search, which required many interviews. I'd been told that I came off as anxious in interviews previous so decided to give it a shot. The process was so fast, easy, and informative! Deliver was also fast, and it's working great!
It's very useful, but costs twice as much as a regular visit thru my insurance. You need to pay after each prescription refill. Kick is very convenient, though.

Kick is easy, and I'm so glad I found them. Propranolol honestly saved my career. I work in a high pressure field where presenting is a daily high-profile occurrence. A few years back I went through a set of traumatic experiences that gave me intense anxiety that was so crushing I was having serious problems with basic business interactions, let alone public speaking. I tried a number of things including therapy and other anxiety drugs which helped with the general anxiety, but not around work. Honestly, propranolol was the only thing that was able to reliably calm me down. When I take it I feel like my old happy go lucky self that loves to interact with people!
