The installers were friendly and very thorough in locating the aerial for best performance. They did a very neat installation and cleaned up carefully when finished. Speeds are exactly as advertised and very stable. Great service, highly recommended.
A great, simple and straight forward process.
Canβt give any more than 4 stars yet as we have only just joined. Set up was quick and easy except for the connector for the phone missing from the equipment pack. Contact with customer service was quick and this was resolved without any further hassle. So far very good. Thank you.

is there better than excellent without using superlatives...probably not but if there is WW deserve every plaudit.....rock on..

When the service works, cannot fault it. However, lately the service has been very intermittent, yet when we check the service status it says all is ok, and we go through all the usual resets and still nothing, so we call an engineer and just goes to voicemail. So unfortunately weβve come to expect that if the service is down, then who knows when itβll be up and running. Definitely a better outage and update system is needed to keep customers informed.
