chuffed with how G&M handled my query. Dead easy to sort out.
Ethan was friendly and knowledgeable and, from the outset, he made what could have been a difficult subject (my not wanting to renew) very easy to discuss. He made me almost feel like signng up again!
I had a fantastic experience overall with G&M, right from the initial quote stage through to a recent claim. All my questions were answered by the sales team. They never made me feel rushed or pressured. When it came to making a claim for some physiotherapy, the claims team was extremely helpful and efficient throughout.

I have been on cover for 4 years now and have made 2 claims, both times I have spoken to my dedicated client relations coordinator and have had approval promptly. It has been a very simple process and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for healthcare insurance.
Five star review I completed a quote on line for healthcare for myself and my family. There were a few areas that I wasn’t sure about and rang their number to discuss in further detail. Great service from the person I spoke to on the phone, they found my details really quickly and ran through the different types of underwriting, keep it really simple. Very helpful and reassuring
I can’t really review the full end to end of the insurance policy at this stage as I have not made a claim. I can however explain that In terms of cost and what is included in your policy at that price General and Medical are at the top end of the market. What is clear from the below reviews is that General and Medical need to listen to feedback and re-evaluate their claims procedures, reduce bureaucracy and stream line the process to ensure claims are dealt with at a standard comparable to the rest of the industry. Again I’m only going from what I’m reading from the verified reviews.
It's very difficult to review a healthcare insurance company when you have not had to make a claim. I have no complaints at all about the registration process but the crucial point is what happens when someone needs to make a claim - particularly when it's for something serious. I hope that I never have to make a claim but until that happens I can't really give an opinion, except about how easy it was to buy a policy-which is not really very important.
last time i tried to use the service i pay for
