Ethan was friendly and knowledgeable and, from the outset, he made what could have been a difficult subject (my not wanting to renew) very easy to discuss. He made me almost feel like signng up again!
I had a fantastic experience overall with G&M, right from the initial quote stage through to a recent claim. All my questions were answered by the sales team. They never made me feel rushed or pressured. When it came to making a claim for some physiotherapy, the claims team was extremely helpful and efficient throughout.

After my GP referral, I wasn't sure which specialist to see for my issue. When I called G&M for pre authorisation, I mentioned this. The advisor (sorry forgot their name) was really helpful and she offered to check their recognised list for consultants specialising in that area near Peterborough. They gave me a couple of names, which saved me a job! Got my authorisation code at the same time, booked in easily with one of their recommended consultants. Felt like really good service

Had to get pre authorisation from G&M for some physio sessions. Rang them up as required, got the authorisation code sorted in about 5 minutes. Really straightforward.
My main reason for having private cover is to get seen quickly if needed. Had an issue flare up recently, GP referred me. Rang G&M, got the go-ahead within a day or two. Was pleased to see their list included my local hospital, which was really convenient. Got an appointment within the week! The speed was fantastic compared to the potential NHS wait. They made it all very seamless, couldn't fault the efficiency from the first call right through to getting the treatment sorted. Exactly what I pay for!

I have had quite bad and difficult experiences with General and Medical previously. Today I have dealt with Ellie Grigas who has been very helpful and has followed up on the enquiry herself which I really appreciate. Hopefully this will now lead to the invoice being paid. best Miranda
Feels like really good value for money with G&M. The service has been brilliant whenever I've contacted them. Highly recommend.
Moved from BUPA as their premiums are much cheaper. Wish I hadn't done it though! They are quick to sign you up and take your money, but when you make a claim they suddenly have to see your medical records and then start dragging their feet. A deceitful company that will quickly cash in, but leave you in the lurch when you need them.
Needed to claim for the first time and was worried it'd be complicated. G&M made it really simple. Very impressed.
