I have been a customer of Gas-Fix since they made a major update of my heating system in September 2021 and subsequently have been the sole provider of maintenance coverage. I have always been impressed with the quality of their work, the professionalism of their employees at all levels, and their friendly, prompt, and courteous service. This was reinforced recently when my hot water system failed. Several visits followed, all at short intervals, diagnosing, obtaining, fitting, and testing a new zone controller to restore the hot water supply. In addition, the engineer suggested I could improve the efficiency of my heating system by modifying how I operated the various temperature and zone controllers. Upon my approval, he then demonstrated the process required. Needless to say, I now adhere to the process. That is service above the norm.
