Great company with fantastic customer service ! Just had 2nd service on boiler completed by Tyler, Tyler assisted with the installation then completed the 2nd service for us. Its been great to see Tyler become a very competent engineer 👏 who always shows great respect for our home on his service visits. What an honest and caring company!! Thank you Gasfix for all your hard work! Iain came to do our quote and was very efficient and thorough, even spotting a safety job that needed doing! (A gas pipe coming away from a wall outside) Other quotes were not so good! We had a combi boiler fitted, the pipe fixed and a pump for our shower and all rubbish taken away. Adam and Gary came on the day agreed and got to work, only stopping for a quick lunch. They left the house clean and returned the next day to complete the work. You would honestly not known they had even been as they left the house very clean. Adam sent a txt a few days later to check all was well and if we had any problems/queries, which we didn’t. It’s been two weeks in and we are very happy with all and would highly recommend, their kindness and customer service is also brilliant! Thank you Gasfix and especially Adam Gary and Iain.

Thermostat packed up, called the office who immediately arranged for an engineer to come out, Andrew came out that same day & fixed the problem, he was polite & extremely approachable, nothing was too much trouble, would definitely recommend.

Engineer arrived on time to service boiler and gas fire. He laid dust sheets in each area, he was working on. No problem with his work everything was clean on completion.

When I noticed a water leak in my boiler cupboard my mind jumped to all sorts of catastrophies. I emailed some photos to Gas Fix with a HELP! I got a really quick reply with a diagnosis. My condensing pump was broken but , not to worry , they had ordered a replacement. A day later , engineer & pump arrived and was fitted. I have used Gas Fix for many years and this is why.
