My boiler stopped working at the end of January. After I wasted nearly one week to talk to various companies, I contacted Gas-Fix desperately. They came in matter of two hours after my first call and investigated the problem. I had been through the coldest week this year without proper heating(my bed room temperature reached to 5.2 degree!), so their quick response was really fantastic. Gas-Fix removed my 14 year old boiler and installed a new boiler with replacing my old pipe works in airing cupboard and pump, removing very old filter, etc. And also, they did full power flush. Now my house is warmer than ever. Full power Flush and new efficient boiler made it possible. Gas-Fix engineers were very polite and friendly. Also they explained everything very patiently. The price was fair as well. Although I went through very hard time without heating in the middle of the winter, I am glad that after all I found the company I can really trust and rely on in local. I definitely recommend Gas-Fix and I will be using them in future. This is a very good company indeed.

At 8pm in the evening I found that our hot water wasn't! At 9am the following morning I telephoned Gas-Fix and explained the problem to a charming receptionist. She telephoned back after a short time and informed me that a fitter would call after sometime after 11am that day. A charming young (masked) man duly arrived at 1130 and efficiently set to work. By 1300 all was back to normal. The response and work carried out by Gas-Fix was first class and at a very reasonable price.

I contracted GAS-FIX Friday 9am, Craig was attending 1pm to evaluate poor heating circulation. He recommended a replacement pump, ordered through his office same day and fitted Monday 1pm. Fantastic efficient and polite throughout. How refreshing to find such a friendly and business-like enterprise after the experience of trying to contact other businesses who didn't even respond to numerous messages left on their phones. I will be contacting you again for servicing, well done GAS-FIX!!!
