As usual when we have a problem with one of our heating systems Gasfix are there to sort it out ASAP. The engineers are always polite , cheerful and respect social distance rules. A great team with a cheerful approach their clients.

Provided and fitted a new programmable thermostat for my heating system in an efficient an timely manner. The engineer programmed the device and explained it to me and cleaned up after himself.

Professional Just to say thank you to Gas Fix for a superb new boiler installation that was not straight forward by any means. We had an AGA cooker /boiler in the kitchen that was showing its age and had to be replaced. In consultation with Gas Fix, we took their advice and opted to replace it with a new Worcester boiler and a new Rangemaster gas cooker. Given that we had gone to tender with several plumbing firms, some local and others far and wide. Many declined to quote sighting the AGA removal was too big a problem for their company, others just failed to quote at all. Gas Fix, however, never saw a problem and the installation went very smoothly indeed – AGA removed (which incidentally weighed three -quarters of a Tonne) new boiler installed in the loft - new rangemaster gas cooker installed in the kitchen and commissioned and two new radiators fitted to compensate for the loss of heat from the AGA. We have willingly signed up to their service contract with every confidence. There is only one word that can sum-up the company ‘Gas Fix’ and that’s ‘professional’. I wouldn’t dream of offending them with the plethora of other superlatives that one sees on these websites because theirs is the proper way to do business and they know it. I am a landlord with a full time nhs job. In the middle of a vaccinating clinic I got a call to say the boiler needed looking at. It was all arranged and sorted by Gas fix while I was at work that day taking all the stress away from me. Brilliant.

Removed a single wall picture frame pin revealing leaking pipe within the wall! Gas fix visited that afternoon, cut cleanly into wall and repaired the leak immediately. Modest and fair cost. Reassuringly friendly and expert help when needed, first experienced in the annual service of our boiler/system. Excellent service.

We recently had to use Gas Fix to repair our boiler, as British Gas let us down. We cannot fault their service, although we don't have any maintenance contract with them, they were very quick to respond and sort the issue, keeping us updated through the whole process. Definitely recommend them!
