No hassle easy to use

I won an instant prize and was notified about it and that was the last I heard until a week ago when I received an email which appeared to be from DPD saying my parcel was being held at their Middleton depot because of a problem, and it is still there apparently. I contacted Gaming Giveaways a couple of days ago but they haven't bothered replying and I doubt they ever will. I don't know if they're running a con but if it is legitimate, their customer service department is non existent. Either way it looks like I've been scammed.

I won a pc on an instant win which is a first for me, ive never won anything anywhere. Due to me never winning previously I contacted support to make sure I had done everything that was necessary for the prize to be sent to which abbi responded with the nicest and most understanding response to reassure me

I haven't entered on GG for a while, I had forgotten how seamless it was to enter and what a fab selection of prizes they had. They are my new favourite. I spent just under £10 and I won £10 of tickets. Straight into my account too. Fab company to deal with. I am very happy and look forward to continuing to enter on Gaming Giveaways

Not bad won 2 instant wins although waiting on cash for one son will review when gotten still yet to hear back from support 24hour later so customer service id deem a tad slower than competitors but looks very positive Will edit to 5 star once payout arrived but having placed another order and another instant can say it's legit

I think this will be the only way to get gaming giveaways attention. I have messaged and emailed last week and all this week with no reply about the prize that I have won. For some reason when I try to submit the prize I won it tells me to select an option. But it lets me submit the money alternative which is half of what the prize is worth. This makes me think they never had the actual prize in the first place.

I’ve been playing on various other raffle websites for YEARS and not had a single win. Created my account with Gaming Giveaways and entered 2 of their competitions for the first time not really expecting to win after my track record. and WON 3 days later! I was in disbelief when i saw my name by the winning ticket!

Scam company running illegal raffle/lotteries. It’s always the same winners I suspect work at the company getting free entries or something. The company has minimal gambling addiction protections and those they do have are hidden and buried away in menus you wouldn’t think to look. The website itself is purposefully designed to mislead and confuse their consumers into spending money. Their support staff literally couldn’t care less if you were bleeding to death they will just defend the company policies and refuse to do anything. I pointed out several points or areas of the website that needed to be improved to reduce risk and they simply just said they already meet the gambling commissions required. They are willing to screw over people who tell them they have compulsive spending issues. I wouldn’t recommend this company or any other company affiliated with this website. I am in the progress of complaining to the financial ombudsmen and gambling commission because their support staff do not care.

I didn’t think this would be real but I actually won a large Star Wars Lego set which I exchanged with the cash alternative instead. The deposit was made very quickly. I’m actually amazed.

The company website and the prizes on offer are great, I think the likely hood of you actually winning is very to impossible. I’ve spend over £100 now on this and only won £5 store credit. Should count my losses at this point, wasting money. All I wanted was a switch 2 😅
