Level 3 diploma in personal training. Great training provider and very professional. Not a walk in the park. If you put the effort in you'll come out on top. Thanks to such a professional team.

I honestly have NEVER seen WORSE management of time and communication than future fit. They have absolutely no respect for their customers who pay money, and people the future PT’s bring along to help with their practical assessments. In the beginning of the course they give one information on how to complete theoretical report, on the assessment they fail you giving an opposite information on how was it supposed to be done. HAVING IN MIND IT CAN BE DONE ONLINE. It’s 21st century, you CAN assess the theory and paperwork online. Have a Microsoft teams meeting ! ZOOM! Don’t make people travel for hours just to find out you guided them in the wrong direction for the last 9 months and send them home to re-do everything, when they brought THEIR customer and wasted someone else’s time too! It’s so disrespectful. Also; the first time when the final assessment had to take place the assessor didn’t even show up. Because no one bothered to give a call and inform about a changed date of assessment.

During my training with Future Fit I found the training tutors to be approachable and helpful at all times. Even the smallest of enquiries was dealt with. During lockdown, however, I wasn't informed that I could retake my level 3 Pilates A&P on line. I was informed later in the year and have retaken and passed the theory and completed the course work. I am currently awaiting final verification that my portfolio has been received by post and in the hands of the Assessors/Tutors for the final acceptance. I look forward to any CPD courses that Future Fit offer. Thank you.
