I started studying with Future Fit in March 2020. They have all been really helpful, going bove and beyond. Their online platform is brilliant and all the lessons are broken down into manageable chunks of information. The staff that delivers the training face to face, as well as online, are brilliant. They all really want you to succeed and get the best out of the course. I looked at other providers but Im so glad I decided to go with futurefit. Outstanding fitness provider

Future Fit provided me with first class PT training which then enabled me to go on and become an EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) Instructor. The training modules and support were excellent and I'm now just about to embark on another Future Fit course, this time in nutrition.

I recently finished the last of my Future Fit courses and I have been really impressed with every one of them I have taken over the last 3 years. I have found all of the tutors to be really friendly and engaging and the online course work easy to follow. Highly recommended.

It's always nerve-wracking to make a large financial investment into learning as you don't know how good the training will be or if it is good value for money. However, I have been impressed with Future Fit Training. The courses are very well produced, easy to follow and lots of opportunities to test your learning along the way. The support is good if a little slow, but now they have introduced a Facebook support group, questions are answered faster and there is a lovely community of fellow-learners.

I started my training with Future Fit in March this year. I can honestly say that taking that step to study with them has been one of the best steps I've taken in my life. I am currently studying the RSPH level 4 diploma in nutrition and I am going to go on to do my PT qualifications too. The nutrition course is distance learning however I never feel like I'm learning alone. The course lay-out is fantastic, the website easy to navigate and the way the information is set out really makes it EASY for me to absorb key learning points. I love that the course isn't just about nutrition - but also includes some psychology (behaviour change coaching and level 2 mental health and wellbeing) which I now know is CRUCIAL for my career going forwards. As I am on my own journey to health and fitness, the course has helped me to change some of my own negative health behaviours - which in turn - has helped others close to me to look at changing their attitudes toward their health. I was passionate about health and nutrition before I started the course, but now I just KNOW that I've turned a corner and my passion to help others achieve their health goals has gone up another level and then some! Thank you Future Fit! I'm so excited for what's next and for the career opportunities these qualifications are giving me.

Fantastic courses so far. So much information, evidence based and great support. Highly recommended if you are passionate about nutrition and exercise and teaching others. I run a business and have 2 toddlers the online e-learning is fantastic as I can fit this around my already busy schedule. Looking forward to going away for my practical learning this year.
