Martin Windley - FF go above and beyond!

Fantastic organisation and fantastic training. The course content is delivered on an easy to use, intuitive platform and the support you are given, be it face to face, Teams, on the phone, email is absolutely brilliant. Also, an extra shout out to tutor, David (L2 Gym Instructor Practical Workshop, Covent Garden, 7/8 October) who was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. All in all, a complete 5* experience. I would throughly recommend!

Great company with amazing support

Great support from this company, always there to help! Training exams have been brilliant with great feedback after! Couldn’t ask for anything more, and would highly recommend to anyone looking to start this course !

They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. I accidentally sent coursework and questions to a wrong e-mail address. I had to challenge a tutor about this, who thought that it was ground breaking that a member of staff should forward it to the correct e-mail or send me a reply with the correct information. Be warned that there are hidden marking charges that are not identified to the customer at the at the time of sale. They try and charge you £50 to mark work if you fail two submissions. A Great way of generating extra revenue. I successfully won the argument with them over my level 3 exercise referral course work and miraculously my work passed. I am a qualified assessor. If a piece of work is looked at online, then it should go back to who has given the initial feedback. Assessing is subjective and when you have more than one opinion of your work, this will obviously generate different opinions. You do not have an assigned tutor, so you will not have any continuity (hence the £50 marking charges) This is one of the worse company’s I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I have completely lost interest in my level 4 diabetes and obesity management certificate and due to the fact I feel that drained by this company, I am unlikely to finish the course. I have requested a refund on this part of my course and I am awaiting a response. There are better company’s out there who treat their customers with dignity and respect.

The experience has been great the tutors give so much detail and help towards making you successful and also the learning support given really helps too and locations for the workshops are local and give you better knowledge of the role

Really happy with Future Fit Training

Really happy with my experience with Future Fit. Their online courses are filled with knowledge and easy to understand. Have enjoyed my practical lessons with them too, instructors are great. All round fantastic way to experience!

Amazing Platform! Really enjoyable learning experience

Future Fit is a great learning platform. I am doing the Level 5 Nutrition and Level 4 Pilates courses. The online content is engaging and there are different formats to keep learning exciting (e.g. quizzes, videos etc). I always look forward to logging on and continuing my training, and the content flows nice and easy with learning being split up into different chapters and topics. I am planning on booking my first workshop for Pilates in the next couple of days and everything I need to know is contained within the online learning so I know exactly what to bring. On top of this, I have found their Instagram and Youtube platforms to be a very helpful addition to my learning. Their Instagram platform posts positive experiences and reviews from other learners and their Youtube contains many helpful videos such as what to expect on workshops. I am extremely happy to be training with Future Fit and cannot wait to keep learning more and more in the fields I have chosen. Their learner support is also very easy to contact and responses are, in my experience, nice and quick, usually about 24 hours at the most.

Level 2 Gym Instructor

I recently had my level 2 gym instructor workshop. Met a great bunch of people and our instructor Cole was fab, helpful and made the weekend really fun. The course content was informative and helped to prepare us for our assessment 😊

Disappointed with the customer service…

Disappointed with the customer service & unsympathetic replies. I recently signed up to do a Pilates instructor course, but due to some unfortunate circumstances of family & having to move away I can’t complete the course and it’s practically impossible for me to complete the workshops as I can’t attend them. this had come up very out of the blue, I’ve asked repeatedly for some sympathy to cancel my course and I don’t even expect a refund. I just want to cancel my direct debits as I can’t complete the course! I find it unfair and cruel how I’m paying £2000 to not even gain a qualification out of the company, they would be gaining money without giving me anything? Can anyone shed light on this as I’m considering taking further action because this is extremely unfair. I understand I’ve signed an agreement but life happens and this was seriously unexpected

Studying with Future Fit…

I have been studying with Future Fit for a little while now and recently attend my first Mat Pilates workshop as part of the training. I was quite nervous but Caralyn the instructor, was absolutely fantastic from the first minute. She was warm, funny, empathetic, very knowledgeable, great teacher - the complete professional, I am so sorry that she is leaving so I will not have the opportunity to be taught be her again. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the venue (a local leisure centre) was quite grubby with very little facilities (poorly stocked, unhealthy vending machine and watery coffee machine). Not Future Fit's fault but I would think twice about signing up for any more workshops at this venue. Other than that, a truly brilliant experience, totally down to Caralyn and the Future Fit format.

Won't refund me

Currently refusing to refund the large sum of money I paid them for a course I haven't taken. I have some unfortunate family circumstances which mean I am not able, and will not be able, to take the course. They are simply refusing to give me my money back with no explanation. Clearly without regard for anyone's personal circumstances. Gross customer service for high-value customers.
