Disappointed with the customer service…

Disappointed with the customer service & unsympathetic replies. I recently signed up to do a Pilates instructor course, but due to some unfortunate circumstances of family & having to move away I can’t complete the course and it’s practically impossible for me to complete the workshops as I can’t attend them. this had come up very out of the blue, I’ve asked repeatedly for some sympathy to cancel my course and I don’t even expect a refund. I just want to cancel my direct debits as I can’t complete the course! I find it unfair and cruel how I’m paying £2000 to not even gain a qualification out of the company, they would be gaining money without giving me anything? Can anyone shed light on this as I’m considering taking further action because this is extremely unfair. I understand I’ve signed an agreement but life happens and this was seriously unexpected
