i completed the indoor cycling course today, 10/10 delivery from our tutor stewart, was really helpful and open to answering any questions or concerns, made everyone feel really comfortable and helped reduce nerves before the assessment! would 100% recommend if you are looking to do an indoor cycling course

I attended the spin course today. Stuart was great throughout, showing his excellent knowledge and providing us with all the knowledge to succeed, displaying effective demonstrations as well as verbally. Stuart was also very supportive and motivational throughout.
