DO NOT USE FRONTIER HOME INSURANCE

DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE – BE CAREFUL. Frontier Home Insurance outsources its claims to Evolution Claim Management Ltd., which has mishandled ours from the start. Their employees are unresponsive, they delay the process, and they misrepresent or withhold investigation reports to minimize or avoid paying out. When results don’t favour them, they drag things out and even appoint multiple adjusters. Avoid this insurer at all costs.

A lot of hassle adding items instead of just photos or none

Would prefer to don’t have to take pics and check serial numbers of devices up to £500, would make it easier… But overall looks good price for value, we will see if need to claim…
