I have rented in FriendlyHousing for 2…

I have rented in FriendlyHousing for 2 years now. They never solved issues I had with my room or the house. The landlords are really mean and rude. They even threatened to throw my things away once even though I did nothing wrong. If I had some issue in the house, the landlord and the agency tried to get away with it by not replying and let me wait for more then a month, but then when I did something they immediately complain and threaten. And my issues of course were never solved. I tried to rent a new house, and of course, since I live in Eindhoven I apply for approx. 10 properties in Friendly Housing. I subscribed to their excellent profile but they don't even give me a viewing because they said "there are too many candidates".

Awful

Awful! We have booked a trip in 2020 but could not come cos of all borders were closed.. Friendly rental just took the deposition and promised me that we can use it late. Now when i wanted to use the voucher i got the answer that it is expired… So we lost the money and it was no trip…

Appart agréable et bien situé

Appart bien situé à quelques minutes de la Sagrada Familia et d’un petit supermarché (Consum).Il y a des petits points d’amélioration comme un manuel pour mettre en route le four et des essuies cuisine.

Appartement original, agréable et bien équipé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Lisbonne dans l'appartement de Luis. La vue sur le Tage est magnifique, l'appartement est très confortable et situé dans un quartier typique et très vivant. Luis nous a fait découvrir le quartier, ses boutiques et restaurants favoris avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Cosa chiedere di più?

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento per 9 notti a Barcellona, splendidamente arredato in stile moderno, con ampi spazi e dotato di ogni comfort. Dal climatizzatore, al WiFi free, dalla lavatrice all'asciugatrice, qualsiasi elettrodomestico e una ricca dotazione di casalinghi. Insomma perfetto per viverci 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi. A 2 passi dalla metro, in un quartiere con un piacevole contesto urbano.

Good, "Friendly" & Professional!

We rented an apartment in Rome from Friendly Rentals in Rome for a few days this summer. We found them on the net, and had no prior knowledge or experience of dealing with them before, and based our decision on good reviews on the net. We were not disappointed! The apartment was spotless, well located and great value for money. The instructions for collecting keys etc, and all other communication was easy, efficient and very customer friendly. They certainly live up to their name!!!

I've tryed to give feed back of my holidays in an flat manage by Friendly rentals in their website and I couldn't. They write their own reviews, that is why they have always so good reviews. As you see in their replay they manage their reviews so they never ever publish the bad opinions.

Location d'un appartement à Estepona

Nous avons eu la chance de réserver un appartement à Estepona par le biais de Friendly Rentals. Nous avons bénéficié d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix. L'appartement Seaside 1 s'est avéré un hébergement d'un confort supérieur, avec une vue splendide sur la mer, deux balcons sur deux étages. Nous avons également profité de tous les services offerts dans l'hôtel où est situé l'appartement, piscines, entretien ménager, service aux chambres. En toute sincérité, je peux affirmer que cet appartement a contribué largement à l'évaluation très positive de notre séjour au sud de l'Espagne.

La Lonja Apartment

A great apartment in Valencia in a very central location. The apartment is very clean and worked very well for our small party of 4. The team at friendly rentals are very helpful and efficient and I would have no trouble using them again or as a recommendation.

Excelente trato y estadía Hermes II Roma

Excelente el trato mantenido con el personal de Friendly Rentals vía correo electrónico, todo se cumplió conforme a lo pactado. El departamento fue también de muy buena calidad, limpio, cómodo y cuidado. Muy buena ubicación. Muy gentil el dueño. Muy buena opción en relación precio - calidad.

A lovely house and very helpful people

We stayed in a small house in Trastevere, with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very clean and the beds were good. We arrived early in the morning on the airport and a driver, arranged by friendly rentals drove us to the appartment. He contacted the man with the key and we were allowed to get in the house before 15.00 o'clock. In the neighbourhood of the house were a lot of good restaurants. Our favorite was Grazia & Graziela. On the day we left we could leave our luggage in the office of Friendly Rentals. Thst was great!!!
