great price for shipping. was unable to get the rate when I was on the web site, called to see if there was a problem because i was only getting one quote and it was not very good I was told if this happens I should call in and have them do it quote up manually the quote was great the service was awsome.

We have an order with Road Runner to pickup 5 pallets from MD for past 10 days and Freightera did not make it happen even though we had several support calls. We stopped using Freight Quote and CHR thinking Freightera would provide better support but they are not any different than Freightquote or CHR so we will to continue our search to find a more reliable company that can support us.

I have had great experiences with Freightera and a couple that the carriers messed up. All in all the Freightera service is solid. Special shout out to Julien who has been providing fantastic customer service!!
