I loved the property! It was exactly as described very clean and everything was great. The beach is actually closer than it looks in pictures, beach chairs were very nice! Enjoyed our stay very much will be back soon!
We loved our stay in Destin. The Condo penthouse was very roomy with an amazing view. Some of the outdoor furniture needs replaced. The pools were nice and the beach was in great shape. We had a fire alarm battery warning go off which was addressed very quickly. Excellent overall experience. We will book with you again.
Hi my family and I enjoyed your beautiful vacation home. I was asked to let you know that all of the mattresses and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were very lumpy, the mattresses were also worn to the point that a good night’s sleep was impossible. In addition the washer in the home is somehow spilling bleach out during a regular cycle. No we did not use bleach at all. It ruined two T shirts of mine. My girls have not checked their laundry yet. Great resort at a great price. We left a laptop in the condo upon departure. Received a phone call from Five Star before we realized it. They held it in the office for a few days before we could get over to retrieve it. The person in the office was very nice.
We loved our stay at the Biarritz Vacation home in Destin, Florida. Beautiful Miramar Beach was across the street with unrestricted views from the back of the house. Every amenity was at our finger tips from wonderful beach service with private beach access to a gourmet kitchen to beautiful bedrooms with luxury bedding! First class all the way! Thank you so much!

Our experience with Five Star Properties was great from start to finish. We had to reschedule our trip due to Covid and they made it so easy. The house was great and they were quick to respond with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

We are repeat customers. This is our favorite property on Miramar Beach. The Mgt company was great. Unit was so clean and the updates were noticed and appreciated.

Casa Azul was wonderful. Everything was as pictured. Every kitchen tool and appliance that you would need is there. There was more than enough room for 12 of us. The outdoor pool area is beautiful plenty of lounge chairs and tables for all. A 10 minute walk to the beach, less if you walk fast. Having the chairs set up on the beach isn’t something I would have thought to do, but we really enjoyed that amenity. The only negative I can say is the pool did start to turn cloudy by Wednesday evening.Five star did send someone out Thursday morning and it was clear by Friday morning. I do think the pool needs to be cleaned at least once during the week, as there was dirt on the bottom. That being said it didn’t stop our fun, I would definitely recommend this property as I would come back in a heartbeat. Also Five star was very prompt in answering all my questions and even took the time to call the day before our arrival to see if I had any last minute questions or needed any further information. I was very very happy with the house and the service. Thank you Five Star
The Luke house was a great size for our family. The location was close to the beach. We enjoyed the golf cart and bikes. Customer service could have been better. Before the trip, it was easy to call and ask questions. After we arrived there, the pool/jacuzzi heater had needed a new part, so 2 days were with cold water, and having to contact the company multiple times was a bit stressful because I had already paid for the heating. We finally had heat in the pool and I was reimbursed, as was expected. The time it took for all of this to take place was not satisfactory, as we were only there for 4 days.
Just Beachy is a great property and 5 Star made it so easy. I love that we didn't have to go to the office to get the key, all automated locks made it so easy for everyone staying at the house. The house was just a blink away from the beach and we used the bikes daily to run to the Dollar general, which was just down the street. And the Winn Dixie is a mile away, so we didn't have to drive far at all. The house was well stocked, but could have used a few more skillets or pans, and we brought our own Keriug. The only thing that was missing were towel hooks in the bathrooms. All of the bedrooms had comfy beds and spotless bathrooms. The sprinkler in the back sprung a leak and 5 star was there in no time to fix it. We will definitely use 5 star again.
