We stayed at Out of the Blue. The house was amazing. Pool was great. Enough bedrooms for our group of 12. Location was perfect, only a short walk to the beach. Will definitely come back!

This is my second time at the Luna Sea which is a Five Star Property. Could not ask for anything better. Our stay both times was awesome and I plan on booking this property again and again!
Awesome place to stay, both houses are very nice. Like any vacation rental, needs small touch ups in a few places. We use the property for a surprise 65th birthday celebration for my mom. I would recommend this location to everyone I know.
The staff went above and beyond during our stay. We cannot be any more happier with this rental company.
The view was absolutely gorgeous. Do not use the elevator. It needed to be reset when we first arrived and then my two daughters and grandson got stuck on the elevator until maintenance could arrive. This was a horrifying experience. The elevator was not functional for the remainder of the trip. My mother-in-law could not return to her bedroom because of her inability to climb the stairs. The main reason we selected this home was for the elevator which became inoperatable. I requested an iron that took over 24 hours to receive. The jacuzzi collected bugs at night because of the lights and there was no net to clean. I requested a net and that took another 24 hours to receive. This was an expensive home to receive a lack of service. I do not recommend this home. It is not worth it if you have individuals that rely on the elevator.
The property was very nice, updated, and clean. The pictures accurately reflect the quality of the house and furnishings. Although we had an issue with the oven, the management company was responsive and tried to repair it. The neighborhood is quiet and the private beach was wonderful.
Absolutely wonderful stay. We were a multigenerational group and everyone was happy. The beach access was easy and the very small things that we had to call in for repairs where handled quickly and without issue. Calling Five Star was easy, they were very friendly and professional. This is the second rental we have done and we will be back again.

Casa Madalena in Miramar Beach was fantastic for our large family beach vacation! The location could not be better and the private beach access was wonderful! Plus the porch balconies and the pool area were magnificent!!!
The property is beautiful and very clean, however, there were quite a few issues during our stay. Backyard needs maintenance, specifically getting all the weeds out, they were everywhere! Lights on palm trees do not work, outdoor grill vent was broken, our oven/stove had to be shut off because oven kept turning on by itself several times during the day and night. Also, AC went out on the third floor. Our master door lock didn’t lock.
House was wonderful and location was even better. Heated pool wasn’t working and the five star team was very professional working through that issue.
Aside from some minor annoyances, this home is perfect for large groups . Comfortable beds, clean except for the floors could be thoroughly cleaned better for the money you pay for cleaning . All the convenience of home. Needs are , dust mops, more trash containers, ice maker needs repairs, no blender, no pool light .
