Five Star Properties and Bliss Beach Rentals

Everything was great!!!

Five star was a pleasure to work with on our vacation rental.

The Condo was very nice! We did experience issues, but I was very pleased with my stay.

Great customer service. Made me feel very happy when I came into a situation. Love this company. Will be renting with them again.

We had a wonderful week at the Slainte House with family. Loved the pool area and short walk to beach. Was disappointed not to be able to use the ceiling fan in the master bedroom because we are used to that at home. Remote was missing. Some minor problems with ice maker not working but they brought us 2 large bags of ice 2 separate days and had a new ice maker by Weds. The manager called back and said they are working on all items so it will be better for next family!

We had a great visit! The property information was sent timely to access the beach, doors, and gate. The private access to the beach and the chair w/umbrella was a great touch of luxury for our stay. Having access to beach bikes, a wagon, gym, and pool were also nice amenities. The house was equipped with everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

We stayed at Neptune’s nest for my wedding and had the ceremony on the beach. It was perfect. There were a few hiccups as far as not having an understanding on some of the technical aspects of the house but due to COVID they didn’t do their normal welcome/ introductory of the house. We did end up having someone come and help fix the issues we did have and show us how to work things. If you can make sure to contact the beach chair company and make sure that they know you are there and what house you are staying in or have five star contact them and make sure they know to set up the chairs for you. After that everything was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! The pool and hot tub are absolutely amazing! The entire team was so helpful and was willing to help with any issue we had. I highly recommend staying with Five Star! It was an unforgettable experience!!!

We had a wonderful time at this property!! The property was beautiful and clean. We just had a couple of very tiny issues with the washing machine leaking water and one of the outside patio chairs was broken. It certainly did not dampen our trip!! We would rent this condo again and again!! We really love how the elevator doors open right into your condo!! How convenient is that!!! We LOVE that feature!!!!

We had a great time staying at Just the Ticket. We have been coming to the Destiny by the Sea for the last few years and this house was by far the most spacious and maintained. The privacy and close proximity to the beach were a huge plus as well. We had a couple of issues with our grill and bikes and Five Star Properties immediately took care of our needs. I would rent this property and from Five Star Properties again.

Outstanding from beginning to end! Our family had a wonderful stay and made lots of new memories together! We will be back next year!

We had a great experience with Five Star Properties! We had to call for maintenance while staying at The Luke House in Destin,Fl. and they came in a reasonable time frame. Any questions prior to arrival, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had an issue with the AC unit while in our rental and we called and the maintenance man was there in minutes! Quick service. Thank you
