As a widow with no prior experience with financial oversight, I was quite illiterate about banking. He has a very professional yet warm friendliness that put me at ease. Excellent customer service, but First-Tech's policies aren't suitable for those looking to start from scratch. In my case, they didn't approve me to open a 'membership savings account' because I don't have an Experian credit history.

Got it done, but it took a little longer than I might have liked waiting for manager’s approval. Otherwise, all went well!

First, I did NOT have to go through 30 robot interfaces to speak to a human. Michael C. answered promptly and was incredible today when I called in for help. He helped me figure out why my accounts weren't linked, linked them, and also helped me reach out to management about reversing some charges. He was friendly, smart, efficient, patient and made First Tech look amazing. I was considering switching banks due to a move, but after the service I got today, I'll be staying. Also Michael C. deserves a raise! :)

Hashim Hunaidi was so incredibly helpful. He answered my questions thoroughly, was friendly and easy to work with. Thankful for the recommendation from my favorite teller Carrie at the W11th Eugene OR branch.
