I have been a FirstTech member customer since 1997. I'm amazed at how FirstTech support has been so exceptional over all these years. Every single time I had to call FirstTech, I have always been helped very patiently with the support people. My issues are always resolved. Today also, Brian Warnicke helped me out with my requests, and found a solution for me to get me going. You guys are amazing!! Big Thanks to all of you for all these years, decades, of great service and support.

As a pharmaceutical company owner that also develops medical technology, we are looking forward to establishing our new relationship with First Tech as we await their decision. Christopher is very helpful, insightful and provides excellent customer service. My husband and I worked with Christopher recently to upgraded our First Tech checking & savings accounts to the First Tech Premier accounts. Since then, he has made a sincere effort to get to know us and our goals. He has made suggestions and pointed us toward more favorable CD products. Representative was very patient in dealing with a very complex situation. In addition he was very knowledgeable and able to decide immediately on what steps and actions needed to be done. Following his guidance I was able to resolve an issue of serious concern to me.

All of the folks at First Tech were great as they helped me set up a CD ladder. At first, I didn't think we would be able to do it, as I had specific requirements that didn't fit with the current First Tech offerings. Leah, a First Tech financial services rep, listened to my needs and agreed that the products I was looking at didn't quite meet my requirements, but asked if she could look into it and get back to me. Leah brought Christopher Ray into the discussion, who, in no time flat, listened to the problem, identified a solution that exactly met my needs, and completed the necessary paperwork. No muss or fuss, and no upsell, just great service.

I had a recent Fraud issue, and was fortunate to have a great team over at First Tech, that not only caught the issue, in progress (Thank you, Lori!!), but got me in touch with Ignacio M, the Senior Specialist, who guided me through the process, of recovery and protection. After his leading me through each step, I was directed to Tristan over at the Cedar Hills Branch, who, also, helped to complete what Ignacio M. started, and get me back on track. SAFELY. Stephanie, a First Tech rep, also, help complete the process a short time later. All questions and concerns were addressed. All First Tech help was on board. Especially appreciated how Ignacio guided me carefully through each step, perfectly. Ignacio knows how to conduct this process better than anyone I have ever worked with . I cannot stress enough how much he helped me through what could have been an ordeal. But thanks to him , I was able to get through this tough moment. I am forever grateful, Ignacio.
