I recently had 2 doors installed and am very happy with the finished product, everyone I dealt with were polite and helpful. The installers did a great job and left with minimal mess I definitely recommend

We have had 9 windows done

We have had 9 windows done, and the front and back doors all replaced. The work was completed on time with no problems, as the installers were of the highest standards. The quality of the product has made a big difference to the value of our house, so I would personally like to thank Mike Charnell, Jordan Harris, and Jaz Powar, for their excellent installation work that they carried out in three hot days, so thank again and we are very pleased with the result

The team that provided the installation…Iulian Mindru and Michael Baker

The team that provided the installation of my windows and doors were Iuian Mindru and Michael Baker. They were very polite and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them . When the installation was complete they went through the whole process of how everything worked. It was a pleasure to have them work on my property.I would also like to thank Dean Lazel for thoroughly and professionally helping me through the process.

Jaz Powar Excellent worker everything was so precise neat and tidy everything was thorough went over everything precise so polite and friendly. Even my Son was so impressed with him he enquire how he can train to do this job my Son does not usually talk to work men he usually stay in his room but level of mannerism he even help my Son work out how to put door bell back up im privilege to have Jaz Powar as my fitter of door and window Thank you

Refernce job number 127358 (mike Taylor) installer. From start to finnish the process of sales, measuring and then fair pricing for what is a high class and finnish product has been great. The item is french doors which have transformed our main lounge. The icing on the cake was the fitter who arrived on time and demonstrated care, time served experience, craftmanship and detail to his work. My home outside and the prime work area was left spotless and with no additional need for touch in decorating (appreciating that is not always possible). Highly recommend the company and its collective attitude. We look forward to may years of trouble free use of this excellent product

Jaz Power was excellent installing our…

Jaz Power was excellent installing our kitchen window and back door (with cat/dog flap). He is kind and great at his job. Now all the windows have been replaced by first home improvements and everything opens and closes better...the cat and dog love the access to the garden when they wish to go out. Highly recommend..

We had our windows replaced

We had our windows replaced, found the sale to the installation pretty easy, everyone was helpful. Andy and Aaron were fab and did a great job. We had an issue with our kitchen window it cracked during installation so a new one was ordered for us and installed by different people, however, the second replacement window itself had marks on the inside and a small scratch and the frame was damaged during this second installation. We made Steve aware straight away and he ordered another pane of glass for us without question. Andy and Aaron came again the third and last time and again did a great job for us. They also touched up the damages on the frame. Steve has been very helpful and informative and overall we've had a good experience.

I love my new windows and very pleased…

I love my new windows and very pleased with them. A good company to work with. We did have a bit of a problem with the way my old windows had been installed and caused some damage trying to get them out but everything has been sorted now and not their fault.

Good product and fitting team

Kevin Kelsey and John Donovan did an amazing job fitting the new windows and doors. Very friendly and polite, they cleaned up after themselves, and were able to deal with the issues of working an old house in their stride.
