Excellent service, ordered by phone on Saturday, watch was delivered on Monday, so quick and easy. Bracelet was adjusted for free and delivery was free

Took almost 2 months to have the item…
Took almost 2 months to have the item delivered, had to chase multiple times. When the package was finally delivered the watch wasn't in there. I emailed immediately with a photo. They responded with please send photo (no specific details of the photo they wanted). When i responded with the photo I didn't hear back. When I followed up they said that it wasn't the photo they wanted and it was too pate to deal with it anyway. No refund or replacement item given.
