Impressive organisation and customer service.
The online forms were straightforward. I ordered a watch in the afternoon and it arrived next day. Unfortunately it did not fit me and I had to return it. This also proved to be hassle free by following the clear instructions provided. Finally the cost was refunded within a few days. Although I did not in the end purchase a watch on this occasion I would recommend your company to others and will use again if possible. Altogether an impressive service.
