I called the company after seeing a TV…
I called the company after seeing a TV advert as I thought they may be able to help me. My call was answered by Clare Tinker who immediately made me feel comfortable and I was having a conversation with someone who could be trusted.Great information provider. All contacts from then on have been acknowledged with follow up emails. I’m pleased I made the initial phone call!! Great service. Thank you Clare.

They are absolutely harribile and nasty solicitors
They are absolutely harribile . They never listen what you said. Spoke to the manager about 30 minutes I thought I was talking to myself . The customer service is zero, they don’t not process or progress with things, they mishandle and lose things and they are slow to act with no apology. The complaints process simply stops at Director level ‘Bill’ and they are behaving in a way that demonstrates they are acting against me not for me. My claim isn’t even processed, they are doing every their power to stop me claiming, sending to incorrect money . Overall I have still not received my right compensation. Scam solicitor
