I will try someone else
I could see they have such a good rating so thought I would give them a go for an accident at work claim I spoke to someone they took all the details and said they would phone back 2 days later nothing so I guess I'm going to contact someone else obviously they don't need the work.

Jake was sympathetic, kind and very helpful
Was phoned just 10 minutes after submitting the online form, even though it was just after 5pm. Spoke with Jake who was really friendly and helpful throughout. He also offered sympathy for what I had been through, as well as just going through all the mandatory things he had to do. Don't know the ultimate outcome yet of whether my case will be accepted, but the initial experience was great.
