Support team are very helpful - especially Climen!
Very helpful and patient, spent ages resolving our mistakes and getting us the service we wanted all along
Jonathan picked up the support call quickly and once I'd explained my problem (which he quickly understood) it was dealt with quickly too.
They have the best support team, and as well as providing a great service. We have used their service for 5 years, and never had any problems with their service. Especially, Jefferson Quijano is one of the best team member I'd like to mention. He kept me well informed and made everything is clear for me. His support was amazing!
I'm so grateful to Glenn for his help in getting us set up with new hosting. I'm so pleased that he will now act as our account manager - this will be a real help to us going forward.
