Faith was really wonderful. I was tricky because I couldn’t pass security having changed my email and my phone number since creating the account. She went to the second level of security and I was able to verify via my PayPal account. She helped me to navigate and resolved my login issues. She was patient, polite and a credit to Fasthosts. I was put through very quickly to an advisor. She wasn't the correct person to help me so she then put me through to someone who could. He was friendly and helpful and solved my problem quickly
