Was a little apprehensive about ordering after a couple of negative review but I’m so pleased I did, I ordered several dresses as was unsure of sizes with it being my first order needless to say I only ended up returning one lol I had no issue with returning the dress or getting a refund and the customer service was excellent, so please with myself for not being put off from negative reviews and will certainly be ordering in the future and would definitely recommend 😁
Amazed by the quality of these dresses. I did end up returning one as I over ordered. Delivery was speedy and the returns process was super simple (wish more online retailers were like this). Will 100% order again
I recently won a Christmas competition fashion szn were running and won a beautiful dress! I couldn’t quite believe it as I never normally win anything haha. The dress was received really quickly and it’s stunning. I’ve been following fashion szn since it launched and have purchased a number of outfits for myself and my daughter. Always had quick delivery, and the quality of the items for the price is brilliant. Finally a brand that actually offers fashionable clothing for the curvier lady/girl. Would highly recommend 🥰
Won a gorgeous mystery outfit in a pre christmas social media competition. On arrival the dress I received was absolutely stunning! The exact one I wanted which is so lucky. Excellent quality, perfect fit. Will definitely purchase again and again from here!
I received my gorgeous curve rose print flutter sleeve and ruffle mesh midi dress and it was beautiful! The material, the flattering fit and the print are all perfect.

I was a lucky winner and win a dress from this brand. At first I didn't quite believe It was for real (you never know) but the dress was sent out and I received it within 48 hours. The dress itself is brown and black, long in length with sleeves. If I'm completely honest I looked at it and thought nope this isn't going to suit me....however it fits like a glove, it is so flattering and comfy I was shocked! I cannot wait to wear it out and I feel amazing in it. Covers my tummy and makes my shape look amazing! I will 100% be ordering from them in the future.

I entered a free giveaway and received a black dress in the post. 1. I’ve never won anything in my life and 2 the item was fantastic. I’ve looked on the site but haven’t ordered yet. Will definitely be a customer from now on.
I have previously bought a dress from Fashion//Szn and been delighted with it. In my latest order all the items were returned as they were too small/short. I had confirmation that the items were received as returns on 9 December. I’m still waiting for a refund. I’ve emailed two different email addresses to chase up my refund but these have bounced back. An email was received on 28 December saying that my refund has been processed but can take 10 days to reach the account. I won’t be ordering from them again.
UPDATE: 9 to 28 December is 19 days, the T&Cs state 14 days. The email I used is the one quoted below. The error messages said “there is a temporary problem sending your email”.
