Refund process is broken
I have previously bought a dress from Fashion//Szn and been delighted with it. In my latest order all the items were returned as they were too small/short. I had confirmation that the items were received as returns on 9 December. I’m still waiting for a refund. I’ve emailed two different email addresses to chase up my refund but these have bounced back. An email was received on 28 December saying that my refund has been processed but can take 10 days to reach the account. I won’t be ordering from them again. UPDATE: 9 to 28 December is 19 days, the T&Cs state 14 days. The email I used is the one quoted below. The error messages said “there is a temporary problem sending your email”.
