THEY ARE A JOKE.

THEY ARE A JOKE. I am trying to place an order since a while and for some reason it gets cancelled right after my purchase. I have no idea why this happens. I tried to call the customer service and I met agents that barely speak english and they had no idea why this happens. They say it could be for safety reasons but since I am not a terrorist and I never dealt with such stupid issues I wonder what my problem is. Stay away from them.

Garbage customer service

Garbage customer service. Ordered a hat on June 22, they claim it was delivered on June 28. The problem was it could not have been delivered because their ordering system cut off the street address - not the first time I’ve had this happen (once with paypal checkout and now with Apple Pay). I spoke with a customer service manager on June 28 and spent a half hour explaining the situation. She claimed she couldn’t do anything for 72 hours but would ship a replacement on July 2 and send confirmation. On July 3 I had heard nothing so I again contacted their customer service department who claimed it was delivered. I again explained how it could NOT have been delivered because their system cut off the street address. They said they would have to wait another 72 hours. Beyond ridiculous for a problem THEIR system created. They’ve lost my business.

We purchased a hat for our son

We purchased a hat for our son, it was too small. Upon return there were 3 things we needed to complete. Nowhere did it say we would be charged a $9.99 return fee for the item. It just said to package the hat in the original box with labels and get to the nearest UPS store. I was only given back $38.00 of the $47.99, upon further research on their site I found the $9.99 fee. Be up front about the cost to return, we would have just kept the hat and used it as a gift.

Poor return policy

I ordered a t-shirt ($35) for my husband and followed washing instructions. The shirt shrunk excessively in torso length and is unwearable. I contacted customer support and they will not let me exchange or return due to shirt being washed. Very poor customer service and poor manufacturing quality. Next time I'll order from Amazon.

Fraudulent seller

I've been buying from them the past 2 years for my Villa merchandise. They had an away sale in March so I ordered a Marco Asensio shirt. It's on the site pre-printed and I didn't add anything to it. Arrived and was way too small for a ladies 2xl - also had a dirty mark on it. I tried to start a returns process but was told I can't return a "personalised" item? I didn't personalise it though - I just ordered what was advertised. £55 down the drain for a top I can't wear. Would give minus 5 stars if I could as I've been totally cheated on this purchase. My advice? Don't use them!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUND POLICY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Purchased a jersey for my husband, they sent the wrong size. I returned it and took a gift card as refund because I was reordering in the correct size. Correct size came and was made poorly. Returned for a full refund and got a gift card. I did not request a gift card. I requested a full refund, they refuse. I am now stuck with a $200+ gift card and no one will speak with me or respond to me from Fanatics. I HIGHLY advise potential customers to avoid this site. Poor quality and AWFUL customer service and return policy.

order the wrong shoes by mistake Philadelphia eagles women's shoes less than an hour after I ordered the shoes. I realized they was women. They told me that they had to ship the shoes to my house. That's ridiculous. The shoes did not leave the warehouse for two days later, this is the worst worst company in the world 🌎 I would never ever ever order anything Else from this brain dead company , I will go to there competitors It really don't make no sense. The policies must change. This is definitely the worst company I ever dealt with in my life. I am 58 years old. No one from my friends my family my eight children would never ever order from fanatics. The name said at all crazy ass company

Edit: since they even replied as if they didnt read this - you can see for yourself the lack of critical thinking. Nobody would shop there again after this experience. And yeah you refunded my money because you failed to send me a shirt without a hole in it 7 different times. Your coupon is not adequate. These people are idiots. For real. You have to know what you are doing to be this stupid. I order a shirt. They send me one that has been pressed into their shipping bag, causing it to be ripped at the bottom. They tell me to send it back for replacement. A week later, they email me and cancel my order saying the shirt is out of stock. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Then 3 supervisors tell me they actually do have one available. 3 different times they cancel my order again automatically. After 3 months, they receive another shipment, don't follow through on anything they've promised me, and their support refuses to honor their coupon for all this and lies and tells me she can't let me speak to a supervisor. After being rude enough that the customer service let's me speak to a supervisor, because the only way to get them to do anything is to literally yell, while they tell you to stop, but actually do what you asked finally. Ridiculously stupid. And after all that, they send me a shirt with the exact same rip in it. Either you ruined all your shirts the same way or you intentionally did all of this and sent me back the same one you had ruined. Eff you. Your company is the worst and you deserve to go under completely. There are independent people who sell merchandise. Fanatics is too stupid to do it well despite having billions of dollars and all the licenses that nobody else has. Incredible how incompetent this company is.

ATTENTION ARNAQUE!

ATTENTION ARNAQUE! Attention a ce site se sont de purs charlatan et sans doute une escriquerie se cache derriere tout ca. Jai passé commande sur leur site et dans un premier temps je nai recu aucun colis alors que le suivi indiqué colis livré a l'adresse, je l'ai ai donc contacté par mail et au bout de nombreux message de ma part il me repondent en disant que le colis a ete déposé dans un point relais, je m'y rend et je trouve effectivement un colis a mon nom... En arrivant chez moi suprise le colis est complètement vide ! Je demande des explications, on me pretexte une enquête et de patienter au bout d'une semaine on me dit : "le transporteur confirme que les articles etaient bien a l'intérieur du colis, donc aucun remboursement possible, au revoir" suite a quoi je leurs demandent des preuves qui bien entendu n'arriverons jamais. Bref, j ai porté plainte contre eux, une enquete va etre ouverte pour escroquerie et je me suis rapproché de ma banque pour chargeback. SURTOUT FUYEZ ! Grosse ARNAQUE !!
