This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿
So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.
I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .
Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Delivery time is shocking and has constantly been brought to there attention. The products are sub par at best and with the "amazing" deals they have it shows the actual cost of what they can throw there stock out but yet they bump it up to a premium price. The fact they are now crying to there fan boys to bump up this rating shows how desperate they are. Avoid the company and look elsewhere for better products and prices

Ive purchased alot of products from ez car care for celaning my motorcycle. there is always a bargain to be had someone on there website and it never takes long to arrive there non acidic wheel cleaner does a great job on my wheels it even removes all the chain lube that gets flung from my chain

Brilliant products, any problems with orders are quickly rectified. I got send the wrong product, gave them a quick call and within 2 days I had the correct product at my door. Delivery times have been a bit hit/miss but to be honest with the current situation ( Covid ) its understandable but recently deliveries have been speeding up so cannot fault them.

I have had 2 orders from EZ car care and will continue to order more. The delivery times were a little slower than what some people may expect but in the middle of a pandemic I feel the delivery time was very good. The products are great value and the app is so easy to navigate. It makes the shopping experience brilliant. EZ car care is one of my favourite places to shop for car cleaning products. I just hope they bring back the 3 5L bottles for £49.99 soon as I really want some more products!
