Had sliding doors fitted. 5 star service. Workers were very friendly and did a great job, leaving no mess whatsoever. Will definately use this company again for any home improvements

Faultless
Could not fault the company at all. From having Chris round to talk through the windows, then the surveyor, followed by prep work by the builder Raz and then the installing of the windows by Mark & Kevin. Had no issues, they worked professional, respecting the property and very clean workers. They are not pushy unlike Anglian Windows and this is the first time using EYG.
Order costing 33,000 with EYG they mess it all up
EDIT - after posting they started to do things as per agreed. Ordered works costs 33,000 with EYG, there were the cheapest firm to quote by £2,000 by so this should this is not quote that is too cheap for the works etc. sadly its impossible to get them to actually perform and start work or even provide a start date as apparently there are issues with my order which sales need to resolve but never action.
Pushy Sales -You’ll Never Get Rid
It started off okay. I ordered windows through them but quickly realised that they are very pushy with sales. Salesperson made me order and pay then and there to get the ‘best deal’ and also wanted a man available, my partner, which I found extremely sexist and worrying. Got some sliding doors from them which were half fitted and left in a sorry state. I had to chase up months after to get this sorted which took two attempts to get right. Door wasn’t the right size which was disappointing. Since then I haven’t wanted to use them but I am getting cold called consistently on a weekly basis. Asked them to take me off from their contacts list which still has not been done.

Two windows & large patio doors
We have had two windows and one large set of sliding patio doors supplied and fitted by EYG. We have been very happy with the service we have received from EYG, both before and after fitting. We needed our patio doors adjusting a few weeks after they had been fitted and this was arranged to suit us and they are now functioning properly. Overall the staff we have met and spoken with have been friendly, helpful and efficient.

Love my new windows and doors highly recommend Mark & Damien who are our fitters and also Ray. Brilliant job fit to a high standard, hard workers and genuinely lovely guys. Didn’t have a great experience with a sales rep that came knocking on my door trying to push me into buying other things from EYG but I can honestly say the actual installers are fantastic and for that I would definitely recommend EYG for anybody thinking about using them.

Great Installation Team
The initial salesman was very unprofessional however I am pleased I gave the company another try a year later. The installation team were brilliant. Andy and Paul were friendly and did a fantastic job of fitting new windows. They were hard working, left a quality finish and put the blinds back up for me afterwards. I would certainly recommend the company based on the work of these two installers.

I only ever write a review in a bad mood, until today!! yesterday i recieved a call from an EYG fitter who could not have been better in my opinion. Normaly after sales is always a tough one to look great at (something has already gone wrong) but this level of attention was second to none. I know what good should feel like and the fitter is a true credit to you guys. Well done EYG.

Thank you so much this morning for all your help and kindness from all staff in reception. I was seen to by Tim Hotte and his help, understanding and professional service was exceptional, he dealt with my problem and where people last night tried to brake into our house by smashing our kitchen window. I want to thank them all. To me you are worth 5 stars! My window was fitted this afternoon by the same standard of professionals within your company again thank you all for such excellent work and service by all!

we decided a porch would just finish our property off added space for all our coats and shoes etc also added security as 2 doors to go through in to property we have had work fitted by eyg previously so they was our first choice to use we had a call from the telecan team offering some great savings so we agreed to a appointment the manager came to see us really nice down to earth man. he showed us some designs of porches and wow i was impressed how nice they are and what a difference they make to the appearance of the property we was offered a amazing price and signed up. we got to choose a instillation date of our choice which is good when we both work full time and have to arrange time off work. it was agreed we would have it done in january this year workmen that came was lovely men and they worked very hard getting it done. i was expecting a mess as with any home improvements but there wasnt any they cleaned up after themselves thank you eyg once again been a pleasure from start to finish ! highly recommend

AMAZING SERVICE!!!
Had my whole house done with brand new grey windows and doors. My house now looks amazing inside and out! Massive thanks to everyone involved especially the fitters who's names i cannot remember, they were so friendly and cleaned up after themselves! 100% would recommend.
