Had sliding doors fitted. 5 star service. Workers were very friendly and did a great job, leaving no mess whatsoever. Will definately use this company again for any home improvements

Faultless
Could not fault the company at all. From having Chris round to talk through the windows, then the surveyor, followed by prep work by the builder Raz and then the installing of the windows by Mark & Kevin. Had no issues, they worked professional, respecting the property and very clean workers. They are not pushy unlike Anglian Windows and this is the first time using EYG.
Order costing 33,000 with EYG they mess it all up
EDIT - after posting they started to do things as per agreed. Ordered works costs 33,000 with EYG, there were the cheapest firm to quote by Β£2,000 by so this should this is not quote that is too cheap for the works etc. sadly its impossible to get them to actually perform and start work or even provide a start date as apparently there are issues with my order which sales need to resolve but never action.
Pushy Sales -Youβll Never Get Rid
It started off okay. I ordered windows through them but quickly realised that they are very pushy with sales. Salesperson made me order and pay then and there to get the βbest dealβ and also wanted a man available, my partner, which I found extremely sexist and worrying. Got some sliding doors from them which were half fitted and left in a sorry state. I had to chase up months after to get this sorted which took two attempts to get right. Door wasnβt the right size which was disappointing. Since then I havenβt wanted to use them but I am getting cold called consistently on a weekly basis. Asked them to take me off from their contacts list which still has not been done.

I had a garden office built by EYG in preparation of turning it into my new business and the whole experience was top notch from start to finish! From planning to building completion I was kept in the loop, the build quality is second to none and definitely above competitors. Thank you EYG very impressed!

Probably the best in the area
We went to EYG as we believe they are the best overall in this area and weβre not disappointed. From the sales guy to the teams who fitted both the replacement windows and replacement conservatory were brilliant. The fitting lads worked well and tidy keeping the expected mess down. Some snagging at the end, again to be expected but the maintenance manager was very helpful, thorough and efficient. The snagging, which is why we give the 4 stars, was mainly due to product rather than fitting. We went for the tiled roof in the conservatory replacing the old polycarbonate one and again another good choice, the conservatory now looks part of the house and not an add on and the warmth is now far superior even in cold weather.

Paul, the sales rep, was very helpful & patient with us, as we strove to make important decisions concerning designs, colours & glazing. The fitters, Danny & Peanut, were brilliant... Very efficient, kept us informed throughout & delivered a first class installation. We are delighted with our new windows & doors ...& so pleased we chose EYG.

Beware
Recently had EYG come out to do some work for us after using them several times before and I have to say I regret that decision and would warn others to look elsewhere before going to EYG. Told things were happening on certain days only to sit in all day on two occasions without anyone turning up. Scaffolders turned up unannounced and proceeded to take scaffolding down without knocking on the door when anyone could have been using the bathroom. Scarborough branch quite rude made accusations apportioning blame towards us as the customer. We were told we weren't inconvenienced and that they don't know what our problem was and were not listened to but rather talked over. After probably spending over Β£10,000 to Β£12,000 over the years to try and be loyal and support a local company I thought there would of been a view of being a valued customer but obviously not. EYG don't value returning customers it seems and wont be getting any further business from us. I hope the directors of the business see this review and look into it further as the customer service received is shocking.

Only one and one only reason ... and that is Neil, the installation Manager.. He delivers customer experience, and satisfaction, in droves .. and then more.
Basically it was Neil ... no issue too big .. no problen too small. Complex installations come with complex problems ... Neil solved them all ... and with a smile.

Nuisance unwanted calls for ever and ever
I have a fairly large house all my windows and doors are EYG or existing double glazed have been replaced with EYG products. They are good. BUT BE WARNED! once they have your number there is no getting away from them. Call after call to my mobile every time the caller assures me they will remove my number but to no avail. I am FED UP with them they just won't go away! This has been going on for years.
