sliding doors fitted

Had sliding doors fitted. 5 star service. Workers were very friendly and did a great job, leaving no mess whatsoever. Will definately use this company again for any home improvements

Faultless

Could not fault the company at all. From having Chris round to talk through the windows, then the surveyor, followed by prep work by the builder Raz and then the installing of the windows by Mark & Kevin. Had no issues, they worked professional, respecting the property and very clean workers. They are not pushy unlike Anglian Windows and this is the first time using EYG.

Order costing 33,000 with EYG they mess it all up

EDIT - after posting they started to do things as per agreed. Ordered works costs 33,000 with EYG, there were the cheapest firm to quote by £2,000 by so this should this is not quote that is too cheap for the works etc. sadly its impossible to get them to actually perform and start work or even provide a start date as apparently there are issues with my order which sales need to resolve but never action.

Pushy Sales -You’ll Never Get Rid

It started off okay. I ordered windows through them but quickly realised that they are very pushy with sales. Salesperson made me order and pay then and there to get the ‘best deal’ and also wanted a man available, my partner, which I found extremely sexist and worrying. Got some sliding doors from them which were half fitted and left in a sorry state. I had to chase up months after to get this sorted which took two attempts to get right. Door wasn’t the right size which was disappointing. Since then I haven’t wanted to use them but I am getting cold called consistently on a weekly basis. Asked them to take me off from their contacts list which still has not been done.

My new conservatory roof is very good…

My new conservatory roof is very good indeed. The two men who fitted it were courteous, professional and did a very good job and ensured that all equipment was covered correctly and safely. I am looking forward to EYG fitting a replacement bedroom window for me as well.

The window fitting was well organised…

The window fitting was well organised from the start. No nipping back to the van for forgotten stuff. There was no damage to the kitchen tiles. Big plus. The mess was cleared up before the fitter left and all the paperwork was explained. On the whole , a good experience. Thank you. 👍😊

good job very frendle'y help full

good job very frendle'y help full, but would have been nice to be told by the sales man that you can not put back fixings to the window frames or to the doors and frames as your 10 year warranty would be no good. so you can't put your door alarm screwed back to the door or frame and windows frames,

Very pleased with the replacement windows. Two man team arrived promptly. Very efficient, courteous and helpful. Everything left tidy. Would definitely recommend this firm.

I have had a really good experiance…EYG windows and doors

I have had a really good experiance with my new windows and doors from EYG .The guys that fitted them Andy and Paul were really good,they just got on with the work no messing about very plesant and did there up most to keep the areas were they were working clean, Paul and Andy worked through only stopping for a quick drink of water. in my oppion they tidied up to a high standard afterwards. i would highly recomend these guys and EYG good quality doors and windows fitted to a high standard. kind regards Tracey Rackley😁👍🏻

I would give 0 if I could but as I can’t I’ll give the One star for the lady whom responded promptly to my online enquiry and set up a home survey. Unfortunately didn't get past the rep/survey stage as the rep clearly didn’t want to work day. Was very rude about where my funds were coming from and also asking personal questions about my mortgage? He had no covid safety and came unannounced way before the arranged time. I was left humiliated, upset and no further forward with my new window plans.

A long wait t over three months for…the long wait

We had to wait over three months for the back doors and we are still waiting for the molding for the front window which was put In on December 2020 explain

EYG messed up our large order

EYG messed up our large order. We were promised about 10 weeks from order. I phoned to check after 8 weeks and it seems the paper work was not sent to the installations team after the survey! It appears the paperwork was only sent through after my phone call. So, 3 months after the order, it has only now been put through. Took installation team a week to respond to my query. Now I have been given an installation date 9 week after my phone call and 20 weeks after my order! Manager at installations gave no apology, blamed it all on general delay on materials, lack of fitters, workload etc. The more excuses that were given the more it appears to be incompetent administration. We have had to sustain extra costs to make the building temporarily watertight for further 3 months. EYG used to be good, not anymore
