Had sliding doors fitted. 5 star service. Workers were very friendly and did a great job, leaving no mess whatsoever. Will definately use this company again for any home improvements

Faultless
Could not fault the company at all. From having Chris round to talk through the windows, then the surveyor, followed by prep work by the builder Raz and then the installing of the windows by Mark & Kevin. Had no issues, they worked professional, respecting the property and very clean workers. They are not pushy unlike Anglian Windows and this is the first time using EYG.
Order costing 33,000 with EYG they mess it all up
EDIT - after posting they started to do things as per agreed. Ordered works costs 33,000 with EYG, there were the cheapest firm to quote by Β£2,000 by so this should this is not quote that is too cheap for the works etc. sadly its impossible to get them to actually perform and start work or even provide a start date as apparently there are issues with my order which sales need to resolve but never action.
Pushy Sales -Youβll Never Get Rid
It started off okay. I ordered windows through them but quickly realised that they are very pushy with sales. Salesperson made me order and pay then and there to get the βbest dealβ and also wanted a man available, my partner, which I found extremely sexist and worrying. Got some sliding doors from them which were half fitted and left in a sorry state. I had to chase up months after to get this sorted which took two attempts to get right. Door wasnβt the right size which was disappointing. Since then I havenβt wanted to use them but I am getting cold called consistently on a weekly basis. Asked them to take me off from their contacts list which still has not been done.

Well happy with the window's and quality so get 5, what i was disappointed with was curtains been wripped down not taken down braking rails and ripping curtains, i had no idea of my requirements so it's my fault they weren't taken down but the mess and damage i didnt expect, so that will be a two

Overall excellent customer relations and workmanship.
EYG were very patient and helpful when our conservatory was delayed due to problems with underground gas pipes which required moving - TWICE! The guys were quietly efficient and competent - but I need to bill the company for the tea they drank (smile emoji). The only problem was the leaks we had in two different places when during this year's torrential downpours the gutter overflowed and leaked in. Ian at Hull was very apologetic and quickly sent out teams to recify this. Overall excellent customer relations and workmanship.
