I hv been with EL for like 13-14 yrs. and itβs an amazing Tution center. The way their tutors teach is absolutely remarkable. But they shud try introducing cheaper Tution options for struggling families.

5 children, excellent 2 sessions per week!
My 5 children are all home educated and have been attending Explore Learning since May 2022. I initially started my 9, 13 and 15 year old to boost their academics. After seeing how much they developed in such a short space of time, I started my 6 and 5 year old. The children attend 2 sessions per week and thoroughly enjoy their time at the centre. I can't speak highly enough about how helpful and welcoming the staff have been, particularly Ashleigh and Ellie, who have always helped answer any queires I have had, including making space for my youngest 2 children to join the same sessions as their older siblings. We are always met with their friendly smiles, they are very professional and always follow up any queries I have had with haste. In the childrens learning reviews, they always take the time to go through everything with me in detail, ensuring I am happy with the children's progress and how they are getting on, and always ask if there is anything further that they can do to improve our experience. I would also like to thank both of the childrens tutors, Jared and Nekor. Jared has been working with the children from the very start of their time at Explore. I was initially concerned how he may manage all 5 of them together, but he has far exceeded my expectations. The children respect and speak very highly of him. They all enjoy working with Jared and it is great when they come out with huge smiles and tell me what they have learnt. Jared always takes the time to detail what each of them have been doing, and always makes them feel empowered by highlighting areas they have done well in. He is very patient with all of them and takes his time to explain things when they are struggling, to ensure that they grasp the new concepts. It has been great having him as their tutor. Nekor is the children's tutor for their second day. He again is very patient with all the children, and they are always keen to go in to meet him. He has a great personality the children have taken very well to, and he is very encouraging, always ensuring to highlight the children's areas of strengths, which I can see by their reactions really boosts their confidence. The children have also shared great feedback when talking about Nekor, saying that he is knowledgeable and helps them to understand problems if they are struggling. Overall I rate the experience the children and I have had at Explore very highly. They have all come on heaps and bounds, and feel so much more knowledgeable and competent in their studies. It has been a great asset to the children's learning, and we are greatful as a family to be a part of Explore Learning.

I appreciated the time provided toβ¦
I appreciated the time provided to discuss best options for my kids. Becky in High Wycombe branch has always provided exceptional service and advice for my kids. We tried different options initially to settle them in with online & in centre sessions. Kids v much enjoyed the in centre sessions more than online. Explore learning is a wonderful set up for kids to build on their maths & English.

Tutor asleep at her desk while suppose to be teaching.
I have contacted Explore at least five times in the last 2 weeks to the Customer Services Manager at head office and the manager of the Oak branch and the weekend supervisor of their online tutoring. There has been a real lack of communication on more than a couple of occasions where we have had "stand in" tutors. The last two sessions one of the tutors was asleep at her desk when I went to see why it was so quiet during my daughters session. I did call to complain and I was promised that I wouldn't have that same tutor. However, it was that same tutor at my daughters next session and this time she decided not to switch on her camera, so it was just a black screen and again no tutoring. This is completely unacceptable. I would really appreciate it if someone would get back to me.

My 8 year old loves coming here
My daughter loves coming for her sessions at the West Bridgford centre. So much so she turned down the option to go to a fair and go on rides because she didn't want to miss her session! Thanks to all the tutors you are awesome!

11+ experience
My son undertook the 11+ online sessions and not only did he pass the highly competitive and selective grammar school exam in our region, but he was top of those that passed! The course was well structured and needless to say prepared him well for the exam. In addition to the weekly tuition, there was also unlimited online resources for practice and tests. This all helped his speed and accuracy. I strongly recommend this course if you want to get into a grammar school.

An excellent center with great teachers, thanks to whom my daughter became better in school and increased her skills in mathematics and English. I would recommend to every family who has kids. School children should go to this center because the benefit is great.

Always get a warm welcome
Always get a warm welcome. The ability to see how the staff interact with the Kid's. And how the reinforce good behaviour. I think all the staff are great. However a big shout out to Ellie who is so positive and really engaging. And willing to work with you to get the best out of the sessions.

Explore staff are all so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and incredible with the kids. My son loves them all (and heβs fussy!). His progress has been great since heβs been going and he looks forward to going. I feel weβre making up for all the lost covid schooling.
