Tutor asleep at her desk while suppose to be teaching.
I have contacted Explore at least five times in the last 2 weeks to the Customer Services Manager at head office and the manager of the Oak branch and the weekend supervisor of their online tutoring. There has been a real lack of communication on more than a couple of occasions where we have had "stand in" tutors. The last two sessions one of the tutors was asleep at her desk when I went to see why it was so quiet during my daughters session. I did call to complain and I was promised that I wouldn't have that same tutor. However, it was that same tutor at my daughters next session and this time she decided not to switch on her camera, so it was just a black screen and again no tutoring. This is completely unacceptable. I would really appreciate it if someone would get back to me.
