I hv been with EL for like 13-14 yrs. and itβs an amazing Tution center. The way their tutors teach is absolutely remarkable. But they shud try introducing cheaper Tution options for struggling families.

Outstanding
My son really enjoyed going to the Centre. The level of staff teaching was impeccable. He is now in his last year of high school, achieving grades 7-9. Well worth every single cent spent. Highly recommend Explore Learning for your child, no matter what age.

A company who doesn't like to take responsibility
I am not entirely sure why most reviews are positive .I am a person who has actually dealt with this company.I signed up for the online tutoring service and although the quality of the software and the tutors have been great π I also believe there a hidden side to this company , which is they lure parents into commitment than things start to go downhill I.e schedule lessons start to error , payments amount are taken unexpectedly. I think by this point they hope the parents are so hook and happy with the services, that they just continue with the services regardless of the cost or promises made on there behalf . What better way to do this , through the people you love (your children) after the initial free session, many offers or promotions are up for grabs to ensure you commit, none of which true. Update : Although emailed before the review , only 1 x phone call was made which I missed . During my complaint there were several emails exchanges all of which vary in resolution. Because of this I will keep my review up so other parents or carers are aware before deciding on this company .When things go wrong, they go wrong and this company is in no hurry to deal with it, anything from error lessons to even cancellation isn't easy . First of all anything that goes wrong is blamed on the customer I.e you should call , you should of emailed all of which I did and there was no response, this is what prompted me to completely cancel my membership . I was refunded eventually but it wasn't easy .

My son joined a few months ago to assist with entrance exam technique. The team at Explore Learning excel and create a really pleasant learning environment. Jude acquired further understanding of current curriculum tasks. I cannot praise them enough and I hope that Jude will return after a short break. Thank you Explore, Welwyn...you are fabulous!

Always praise teachers all round the world due to which the world is wonderful to place to learn and progress
Hi , I would like to thank Explorer learning Leamington spa for teaching and supporting my daughter; due to few reason we were unable to login to our internet at home due to few hackers attack. i am thankful to CD - Aarushi Shetty to print and give the documents. Also her team AD Charlotte Wood, Tutor Louise Wilkiwor, tutor Zoe Lawrence & Simran Lail who have always been very supportive. I appreciate their efforts toward my daughters education include all the teacher from shrubland Leamington Spa school and Warwickshire country council have the efforts to care and provide us the support thank you appreciate hard work and always stand towards "Doing the right thing"

After 6 weeks we can see not only an improvement in our daughters ability but also willingness to want to learn more. This I believe is through the tailored lessons, positive staff attendance and attention and by presented in a fun age related way.
