A company who doesn't like to take responsibility
I am not entirely sure why most reviews are positive .I am a person who has actually dealt with this company.I signed up for the online tutoring service and although the quality of the software and the tutors have been great 👍 I also believe there a hidden side to this company , which is they lure parents into commitment than things start to go downhill I.e schedule lessons start to error , payments amount are taken unexpectedly. I think by this point they hope the parents are so hook and happy with the services, that they just continue with the services regardless of the cost or promises made on there behalf . What better way to do this , through the people you love (your children) after the initial free session, many offers or promotions are up for grabs to ensure you commit, none of which true. Update : Although emailed before the review , only 1 x phone call was made which I missed . During my complaint there were several emails exchanges all of which vary in resolution. Because of this I will keep my review up so other parents or carers are aware before deciding on this company .When things go wrong, they go wrong and this company is in no hurry to deal with it, anything from error lessons to even cancellation isn't easy . First of all anything that goes wrong is blamed on the customer I.e you should call , you should of emailed all of which I did and there was no response, this is what prompted me to completely cancel my membership . I was refunded eventually but it wasn't easy .
